  War-time veterans can receive up to $1,644 per month for care at home or, if married, $1,949. A surviving spouse can receive $1,056 or more.
• VA Gives Veterans Money to Pay for Elder Care Services at Home   
  Under the right conditions, about 33% of all seniors in this country could qualify for up to $1,843 a month in additional income from the Department of Veterans Affairs. This money can be used to pay just about anyone to provide elder care services at home.
• The Best Health Care System in America   
  It may come as a huge surprise to some people that the VA health system is now considered the best medical care in the United States. Those who had experience with VA health care during the 1970s and 1980s will surely question this statement. Moreover, how can this be in light of recent investigations into the quality of care provided at the Marion VA Medical Center and other locations throughout the country?
• Hidden Government Program Pays the Cost of Home Care   
  Under the right circumstances, a little-known federal program will pay additional income to cover long term care costs for at least 1/3 of all U.S. households with a person 65 years of age or older. But the provisions of this program are such a well-kept secret that less than 5% of eligible seniors are actually receiving the benefit. The great news about this program is the government will pay you to hire your family, friends or just about anyone to help take care of you. The program is called "VA Pension."
