Q: Why do you charge an initial consultation fee of $350.00? Personal injury attorneys give a free initial consultation.

Unlike other attorneys who know little about the facts of a case prior to the initial consultation, we begin working for you from the moment you first call our office.  Whereas other attorneys use the initial consultation to find out the facts of a case, we have developed a system that is designed with you in mind.  Where other attorneys (after they have spent an hour or more of your time finding out the facts of your case) may tell you that they will not take your case, we use the initial telephone consultation to determine whether we will be able to be of assistance to you.  Your phone call is totally free -  as are any others that may be required prior to your initial in-office consultation.

Also, because we roll up our sleeves and get to work on your case right away at the initial consultation, and because we are extremely busy and only have time to take on a limited number of new cases, we reserve time for initial in-office consultations for only those prospective clients who are willing to make a token investment in learning how we would help protect them and their home and other assets.

Also, if you come prepared to hire HAELO and do proceed the day of your initial consultation, the initial consultation fee of $350.00 is deducted from your total fee.  If you do not proceed the day of your initial consultation, but do proceed at a later date, the fee for our services are in addition to the $350.00 fee for the initial consultation.
